Welcome to our Registration page
REGISTRATION FOR 2010-2011, is now open (COED )! The early bird has now ended, regular prices are now in effect. You will notice that our rates have been increased due to the HST costs on our ice. The rates also reflect a 3% rise on our ice and a $7.00 insurance cost per player. The total percentage rise is 12%, and all registration fees reflect that.
Note:
Payment in full is required to step on the ice. You will not be allowed on the ice until payment has been received. The easiest way to avoid this is to pay when you register. Please ensure that you register and pay prior to being allowed on the ice. We cannot place players who have not registered on a team!

If you experience any technical problems with the Hockey Canada On-Line registration program please kellykins@rogers.com and we will try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
For new Hillcrest players, you will be asked for the player’s birth registration number, so please have this available before you start. Birth certificate number is not acceptable, so please take care to provide the "registration number" as seen below.
Passport or Citizenship number will be accepted as alternatives for those not born in Canada.

Please note, an NSF of $25.00 will apply if your cheque is returned to us.

• Value Refund – based on Hillcrest returning unused ice at the end of July and adjusting by the end of September:
1 Early Bird Registrants (June 1,2010) - FULL refund if requested in writing to our VP prior to July 15,2009
2. May 14 to July 15,2010 - 75% refund if requested in writing to our VP prior to July 15,2009
3. July 15 to October 28,2010 - 50% refund if requested in writing to our VP prior to October 28,2009
4. No Refund after October 28th,2010. There will be no exceptions.
