Non-Contact House League & Select Hockey
All of our house league hockey and Select hockey programs are non-contact to prevent injuries to our players. Select hockey is an inter-organization competitive program designed to allow our better players compete against others of similar calibre from other organizations. Many ex-Rep players find the Select program a safer, but still challenging, alternative to the body-checking of the GTHL program.

Game & Practice Schedule
To help you check on your game times or practice schedule for the upcoming season, we have posted a Master Schedule on our web site. Detailed team game times are also available and can be checked once you have been notified of your team.

Oldtimers (Adult) Hockey
For more information about the Hillcrest Oldtimers (Adult Hockey) League, please visit their web site: Hillcrest Oldtimers.
Family Day Weekend (Feb. 18th - 20th) - Special Schedule
As many of our players take holidays over the Family Day weekend, we have scheduled no games (with the exception of the Midgets), only practices for all the different age divisions. The Minis (Learn To Play) will still have their regular session. Please refer to the special Family Day Weekend schedule.

Potential City Lockout/Strike
With the possible threat of a city lockout or strike occuring at the beginning of February, there is the chance that the city may be closing our arena at that time. If the lockout/strike continues longer than a few days, the city will close the ice for the rest of the season. We are following the status of this situation very closely and will notify everyone once we can confirm exactly what will happen.

Hillcrest Night @ The Toronto Marlies
On Sunday, February 26th @ 5:00 pm, the Toronto Marlies will be playing the Hamilton Bulldogs. We are selling tickets to raise money for the Hillcrest girls' league. Tickets are $20 per person. Buy 2 tickets and receive a raffle ticket for Marlies memorabilia! For tickets please contact Deb Ferguson (our Junior Girls Convenor) via email deb_ferguson03@hotmail.com or phone: 416-985-4158. We will also be selling tickets at the arena over the next couple of weekends.

Individual Photo Re-Take
Photo re-take day has been set for Saturday, February 4th, 2012 for individual photos only. If you missed having your individual photo taken on the Jan 20th weekend, then this is the day for re-take. Times to be determined.

Hillcrest Village MHA
The Hillcrest Village Minor Hockey Association is a non-profit community based organization and has been a member of the G.T.H.L and the NYHL since 1965. We are proud that we have our valued volunteers, sponsors and donors as part of this organization.  Our unique approach to hockey development is what separates us from other organizations. If you are here for the first time and looking for a great hockey organization, we welcome you and hope to see you on one of our teams.

Hillcrest runs both a co-ed and an all-girls house league. Also, the co-ed league has run a very successful Select program for many years, winning numerous championships across many different age divisions. In 2011, the Peewee division and the Minor Midget division won their age group's title championship.
